misused by people with malicious intentions? In fact, a variety of propaganda,
misinformation and other techniques that influence the human mind are part of
the modern art of war. There are some battles that were won without a single
shot, where the enemy solders surrender under the influence of successful
propaganda and misinformation.
Such dangerous subliminal techniques could be used by:

Terrorist organizations or confronting countries - to demoralize the
enemy's nation.

Politicians or their supporters - to win the elections.

Messages like "I will vote for <name of the candidate>".
Subliminal Virus could extend the scope of computer malware influence and
danger for the national security. Such virus could possibly change or influence
the political situation within a specific country. Until now, the malware in the
home computer was not a significant threat to the national security, but with
Subliminal Virus those home computers needs much more protection and
“monitoring” to ensure that “nobody change the mind" of the citizens.
Using subliminal messages to spread ideas or beliefs could attract to write
malware many other groups and organizations that were not in that scene before.
